I work at the intersection of Unified Communications, Contact Center, enterprise telephony, workflow design, and technical leadership. My focus is simple: understand complex systems deeply and turn that understanding into better outcomes for customers, teams, and products.

About me

Over the last two decades, I have worked across HCL, Avaya, and Mitel, building strong experience in enterprise communication platforms, customer interaction systems, technical support, solution architecture, and complex issue resolution.

Today, as a Team Lead for MCX and CloudLink, I work with systems where reliability, integration, customer journeys, and technical clarity matter every day. I enjoy solving problems that require both detailed technical investigation and a broad understanding of how a platform fits together.

Alongside my core work, I am actively exploring applied AI, workflow automation, RAG, MCP, agentic systems, and API-based integrations. My interest is not just in AI as a concept, but in using it to make support, troubleshooting, and customer experiences more useful.
